Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at Samuel Frank. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC systems and be able to connect a laptop, interrogate code, and make modifications to the PLC code.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relay logic and the ability to fault-find from Engineering drawings, P&IDs, Electrical Schematics, and control loop diagrams. Experience with AC or DC inverter drives, fault finding, and commissioning is also essential.
As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding control loops, as well as receiving regular, specialist training on current and emerging technologies.
