Job Description:

A key role has arisen for a Cost Cap Analyst to join our rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.

You will ensure the financial integrity and compliance of the Formula E team with cost cap regulations, balancing this effectively with the goals and objectives of motorsport racing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Senior Finance Analyst and the Formula E team to ensure compliance with the cost cap regulations set forth by the FIA.
• Stay abreast of the latest cost cap regulations and guidance, ensuring that all financial practices align with the governing body's requirements.
• Prepare and maintain analytical reports on the current and projected cost cap position each season.
• Support the budget and forecasting process for the Formula E projects, identifying ways to best track against cost cap requirements, identify issues and resolve them quickly.
• Support the Formula E reporting process to ensure that financial actuals are up to date and accurate.
• Support the FIA's cost cap audit process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial analysis, challenging norms and driving new ideas.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel interrogating data and unravelling transaction trails to problem solve.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software and strong computer skills.
• Microsoft D365 experience would be highly preferable.
