Job Details

We are offering a competitive salary of £11-20 per hour for this role. The position is based in North East London and will require some home working, with regular travel across the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering group-based interventions and a real understanding of the impact personal characteristics and circumstances can have on health behaviours. You will also be expected to engage in ongoing training relevant to your role, such as Behaviour Change Level 1 and 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to clients
  • Facilitating group intervention sessions
  • Promoting the Healthier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme
  • Improving referral pathways between services and partner organisations
  • Engaging in ongoing training relevant to the role
