We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Risk and Compliance Change team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and exposure modelling, with experience in delivering high-quality analytics requirements, testing, training, and user support for various projects focused on Traded Credit Risk.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with stakeholders to deliver a new risk management system and CCR models.
- Implement new risk system and models, including simulation, derivatives pricing, IM and VM collateral modelling and aggregation.
- Collaborate with ITO team to deliver reporting solution components, including risk measures and limit management.
- Interface between Risk managers, Counterparty Credit Risk Modelling and FO teams to ensure requirements are translated into tangible ITO deliveries.
- Write business requirements documents and plan testing to ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Undertake functional testing and provide expert support to the business during User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide user training and support for system implementations.
- 8+ years in delivering change in Credit Risk.
- Understanding of Financial Markets business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kafka or ElasticSearch.
- Oracle PL/SQL development background, SQL Tuning.
- Scripting programming in Linux shell, Python.
- Development experience on functional language, such as Haskell.
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
