About the Role:

At In Good Company Brewing Limited, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the purchase of inventory from China and the onward sales orders to our customers within the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our local and national sales team to nurture business partnerships and drive growth in the Tsingtao brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase of inventory from Chinese manufacturers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Process sales orders, manage stock levels, and coordinate deliveries with our 3PL warehouse in the UK.
  • Provide administrative support to the National Sales Operations team, including data entry, order processing, and reporting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for trade order processing and 3PL stock management.
  • Work closely with our wholesale partners to support the development and growth of Tsingtao in the UK market.
  • Ensure compliance with UK/EU regulations and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally with experience in importing from China.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in IT, EDI, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Chinese manufacturing, UK/EU compliance, and stock management.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
