HGV Workshop Supervisor / PSV Chargehand Role

We are seeking a skilled HGV Workshop Supervisor / PSV Chargehand to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles in our dedicated Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor and control workshop operations, including inventory management and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
  • Car Driving licence.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance and repair.
