Aatom Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Business/IT Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of further extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Corporate Contracts Database Register (CCDR) system is fully operational, accurate, and configured to meet the council's current and future procurement needs.
  • Rectify existing data inaccuracies, optimize system functionalities, and provide comprehensive user support.
  • Enable delivery of key outputs, including data corrections, system configuration, user support documentation, procurement act preparation, and contract management enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in public sector IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of Contracts Registers.
  • Technical problem-solving and willingness to be hands-on resolving issues.
  • Professional and technical expertise.
  • Ability to identify and correct data issues.
  • Control system configuration.
  • Awareness of the Procurement Act.
