About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Team at HMP Drake Hall. As a Clinical Nurse Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical knowledge and interventions, advice, support, and supervision to colleagues, service users, and carers.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to deliver best practice, evidence-based care, and interventions.
- Support the delivery of a trauma-informed culture across the estate.
- Lead on the fostering of a just culture and provide a compassionate and nurturing approach to the team.
- Work in partnership with service users, carers, and other agencies to ensure effectiveness of outcomes.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with evidence of clinical expertise in Mental Health Nursing.
- Non-Medical Prescribing qualification or willingness to undertake at earliest opportunity.
- Experience post-qualifying at Band 6 or equivalent level with the client group.
