Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of our flagship product, utilizing Ruby and GIS technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the technical direction of our organization
* Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure the success of our team

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in Ruby development
* Strong experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), ArcGIS, and QGIS
* Experience with Web Mapping experience (PostGIS, CartoDB)
* Experience using GIT/ Version Control
* Experience with leading technical teams
* Experience with JavaScript and Front End Development
* Experience with updating software and database versions on Unix-based systems
