• Managing the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers
• Maintaining accurate records in the recruitment management system

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
