Senior Marketing Director

Our client, a dynamic challenger bank, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving digital transformation in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, and events. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute annual brand campaigns across all products, and optimize content across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and refining content with the lead agency to ensure consistency and effectiveness across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and lead agency to develop and implement annual brand campaigns for savings and lending, targeting internal teams and external audiences.
- Managing PR efforts and events to boost local and broker engagement and awareness.
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, including aggregators, PPC, and SEO, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Officer.
- Serving as the brand guardian, maintaining a consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual presentation across all platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience in Financial Services.
- Strong experience across content, digital, comms, and events.
