**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hounslow, conveniently located near public transport links.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons for KS1, applying effective behaviour management strategies, and working closely with the Classroom TA to maximise lesson impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Apply positive behaviour management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment\
  • Collaborate with the Classroom TA to enhance lesson impact\
  • Tailor learning materials to meet the needs of all pupils\
  • Attend weekly staff meetings to contribute to the school's development\
  • Assist in creating a positive and supportive classroom environment\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers\
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives and events\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve teaching practices\
  • Support the school's commitment to providing excellent education and care\
