As a member of our Digital Delivery Team, you will work closely with stakeholders to assist in the roll out of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This project spans the entire organisation, offering an opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the delivery of exceptional public services in Cardiff.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document current business processes using flowcharts and detailed descriptions.
  • Collect and compile data related to process performance metrics.
  • Support the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Draft communication materials and schedule meetings with stakeholders and project team members.
  • Generate and distribute regular status reports on project progress.
  • Maintain and organise project knowledge repositories and documentation.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must be keen to learn and interested in our work. As a Digital Transformation Professional, you will gain valuable experience working for one of the largest councils in Wales. Although we cannot guarantee that you will go on to secure a further role at the end of the initial contract, you will be supported and encouraged to take advantage of the many opportunities available within our organisation to help progress your career.

This is a temporary full-time position for 6 months, but part-time options are also available. Most roles are based on a 37-hour week. The estimated salary range for this role is between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
