Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Ledger and Administration Assistant to join our Income Team at QA Limited. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with revenue creation and collection functions for QA Higher Education customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing external and internal communications.
  • Supporting the collection of revenue, creating instalment plans, and minimizing risks to maximize cash flow.
  • Learning and performing accountancy duties, supporting the banking team, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing guidance and support to customers on Student Finance England matters.
  • Analyzing data as required.
