Job Title: Product Quality Control Specialist

At True North Talent, we are seeking a skilled Product Quality Control Specialist to oversee the quality control and assurance processes within our state-of-the-art chilled food manufacturing site. Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and experience in the chilled foods sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) specific to chilled food products* Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes* Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within the food manufacturing industry* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems* Proven track record of developing and implementing effective QMS* Strong leadership and team management skills* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
