About the Role

GAP Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled Regional Pump Engineer to join our team. As a Regional Pump Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our region by ensuring that our customers can hire what they want, when they need it through the efficient servicing and maintaining a variety of pump services equipment within our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel across our regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair any faults or damage to equipment, including pumps, hoses, and generators.
  • Accurately update service records and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work effectively under pressure and demonstrate a customer-focused approach to workload and team collaboration.
  • Hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a pump engineer role with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served.
  • Sound and current knowledge of pumps, hoses, and generators is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A customer-focussed approach to workload and team collaboration.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
