Job Title: Healthcare Professionals Specialist
We are seeking experienced and qualified health & social care assessors to drive standards within the sector through education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult/elderly health & social care, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct progressive visits with learners to support, motivate, and encourage them to achieve their qualification.
- Deliver effective teaching and learning sessions in line with curriculum approach.
- Ensure submission and assessment of learner evidence in a timely manner.
- Carry out observations of learner practice in the workplace.
- Promote and safeguard learner health and wellbeing.
- Current experience in adult/elderly health & social care sector, including Dementia and Learning Disabilities.
- Health and social care qualification at Level 3 or Level 5.
- Assessor qualification and experience in work-based learning settings.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Salary: £32,500 (Level 5) / £29,000 (Level 3) + bonus opportunity OTE £6,000 PA.
- Home based with travel.
- Laptop and mobile phone provided.
- 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Pension scheme.

- £550 Employee referral bonus scheme.
Estimated salary range: £32,500 - £37,500 per annum.
