Job Description for Slinger/Signaller at City Calling - Recruitment Agency and Jobs in Harr:

We are seeking a skilled Slinger/Signaller to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and loads on-site. The ideal candidate will hold a CPCS Slinger/Signaller ticket and have previous experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely direct the movement of materials and loads using hand signals or radio communication

* Coordinate with crane operators and machinery to ensure smooth operations

* Conduct pre-use checks on lifting equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations

* Assist in the rigging and securing of loads as required

* Maintain clear communication with the crane supervisor and site team

* Monitor and control the surrounding area to prevent accidents or hazards

Requirements:

* CPCS Slinger/Signaller ticket

* Previous experience in similar roles

* Own PPE

Additional Details:

* Rate: £23.00/hr CIS/ UTR
