Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team at MacIntyre, where we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued, and respected.

The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to lead a small staff team, providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Your key responsibilities will include developing rotas, working with the Frontline Manager to ensure high standards of practice, and supervising the staff team. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching staff members to help them develop their skills and confidence.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
