Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our care assistants in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care, while also supporting the development of our care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support care assistants in delivering individualized care plans to clients
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and needs assessments to ensure clients receive the best possible care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and training to care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on client care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion and empathy when working with clients and their families
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
