About the Role

We are looking for a skilled horticulturist to join our team as a volunteer. As a key member of the Gardens Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the gardens and supporting our conservation efforts.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with planting, pruning, deadheading and weeding, ensuring the highest standards of gardening practice.

Working outdoors in all weather conditions, you will demonstrate good people skills, practical gardening knowledge and ability to carry out physical work.

You will receive comprehensive training for all tools and tasks, enabling you to develop your skills and confidence.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
