Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the governance, patient safety, and complaints processes across our Division of Surgery. This includes providing support on patient safety incidents, complaints, and governance issues, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports identifying recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large multi-professional organisation, with knowledge and understanding of the NHS and CQC.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
