About the Role

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Lawyer to join our team on a locum basis. As a leading public sector recruitment agency, we are proud to be working with a fantastic and expanding public sector organisation in the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing draft Terms and Conditions, reviewing Invitation to Tender documents, addressing clarification issues, and advising on approach to procurement complaints or challenges.
  • Draft a variety of contracts, including general Terms and Conditions, grant funding agreements, inter-agency agreements, ESPO and CCS agreements, collaboration agreements, and NHS funding agreements.
  • Establish companies, provide company secretarial support, and advise on general corporate issues for local authority trading companies.
  • Provide practical and recent knowledge in drafting Construction Contracts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' recent experience in dealing with contracts and procurement matters.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
