We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients with moderate to severe depression and anxiety disorders.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in CBT, experience of working in mental health services, and be accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). They will also possess excellent written communication skills and be able to manage their own caseload efficiently.
The salary for this role is £43,041 - £56,951 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver evidence-based CBT to clients in line with a stepped care model of NHS Talking Therapies
- To assess clients for suitability for CBT and formulate individualized therapy plans
- To maintain accurate records and adhere to service targets
- To contribute to the smooth running of the service and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
