About the Role

This part-time opportunity is based in our Solihull store, where you will work 16 hours over 4 days per week. You will be responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and developing the team, and driving the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-aware, motivated individual with a passion for great customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead by example, and inspire your team to deliver consistently high levels of service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Celebrating successes and addressing areas for improvement
  • Coaching and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Driving the achievement of KPIs and contributing to business growth
