Job Overview
We're seeking a highly organised and skilled Supplier Relationship Manager to join our commercial department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving strategic alignment between our business and supplier base. Your duties will include working with accountable business owners, ensuring appropriate supplier meetings are conducted, and identifying and addressing key supplier risks. You'll also contribute to our commercial initiatives and provide a platform for our operational teams to communicate with our supplier chain. Additionally, you'll ensure all issues and remedial actions are captured and followed up, and deliver supplier reporting in a timely manner to support company risk committees.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with accountable business owners to drive strategic alignment between the business and supplier base
- Ensure appropriate supplier meetings are conducted, defining the agenda, chairing, minute-taking, and following up on actions
- Identify and address key supplier risks
- Contribute to our commercial initiatives and provide a platform for our operational teams to communicate with our supplier chain
- Ensure all issues and remedial actions are captured and followed up, and deliver supplier reporting in a timely manner to support company risk committees

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need significant experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance and/or home industry. You should have strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven background in influencing and engaging senior leaders. High organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail are essential.
