We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and sustainability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide technical support to site teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with site leadership and departments to ensure effective management of the HSE Management System.
- Compile compliance reports and liaise with regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on HSE-related matters.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of UK HSE legislation and its practical application.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Good Microsoft packages experience.
