Are you an experienced Estimator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision? Our client, a reputable leader in the construction industry, is seeking a talented Estimator to play a vital role in delivering successful, high-quality projects.

Role Overview

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and contributing to the overall bidding process. Your ability to evaluate project specifications, source competitive pricing, and communicate clearly with the team and clients will be essential to ensuring project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects.
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to refine project scope and ensure estimates meet all requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, roofing experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and industry best practices.
