Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality Team. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating quality assurance activities and providing administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 35 days annual leave, employer pension contributions, and private medical insurance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • COORDINATING QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES AND MONITORING TURNAROUND TIMES
  • PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR SERVICE USER QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS
  • DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING ACCURATE RECORDS AND REPORTS
