Enterprise Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join Insight Select in Ipswich. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with new and existing clients, developing new business through networking and engagement, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Accountabilities:- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS TO DEVELOP THEIR ACCOUNTS AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
- IDENTIFY AND PURSUE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPAND OUR CUSTOMER BASE.
- PARTICIPATE IN REGULAR NETWORKING EVENTS TO ESTABLISH NEW RELATIONSHIPS AND IDENTIFY POTENTIAL LEADS.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
- ORGANIZE AND ATTEND CLIENT MEETINGS TO DISCUSS ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT AND SALES OPPORTUNITIES.
- STAY PROACTIVE IN THE MARKET, GATHERING INTELLIGENCE ON NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND LEADS.
- At least two years' experience in commercial sales.
- Confidence in approaching new business, both over the phone and in person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
- Base salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
- Full-time, office-based position with regular attendance at external events.
- 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

- The estimated salary for this role is around £37,250.
