Electrical Maintenance Technical Lead

We are seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineer Lead to join our team in Huthwaite, UK.
This role is part of our efforts to continuously improve the reliability of our systems, equipment, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying Trends and Patterns: Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns, informing the development of solutions to prevent potential problems.
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis: Investigate underlying causes of equipment failures to address them effectively.
- Designing and Implementing Maintenance Procedures: Develop and implement new maintenance procedures for equipment monitoring and testing, staying up-to-date with market trends for continuous improvement.
- Researching and Implementing Innovative Technologies: Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Developing and Implementing Training Programs: Create training programs for employees, working with other departments to integrate reliability across the organization.
- Monitoring and Maintaining Equipment: Identify maintenance needs and implement upkeep schedules to ensure the reliability of equipment.
- Developing Strategies for Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance equipment reliability and effectiveness, overseeing preventative maintenance processes.
- Researching and Implementing Best Practices: Identify and implement best practices for facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Overseeing Preventative Maintenance: Ensure the effectiveness of preventative maintenance processes.
- Managing Contractors: Supervise contractors on site, fostering a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental awareness among the team.
- Performance Management: Evaluate, train, and develop maintenance staff, providing coaching and feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Understanding of the Manufacturing Process: Familiarity with the manufacturing of liquid coatings.
- Technical Knowledge of Liquid Coatings: Strong understanding of technical aspects of liquid coatings.
- Good Communication and Adaptability: Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
- Experience in the Chemical Industry: Previous experience in the chemical industry.
