Job Title: Fire and Security Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Get Staff. As a Fire and Security Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, service, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, service, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
  • Carry out effective communications with the client and administration team
  • Ensure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by the professional bodies they subscribe to
  • Work closely with other engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3 years' experience working within a similar role
  • Good understanding of most systems e.g. Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control is preferred
  • Knowledge of a range of manufacturers
  • You will be willing to learn new systems
  • You will hold a Full UK driving Licence or equivalent
  • A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
  • A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
  • Experience of an electrical background would also be very useful

  • Basic Salary £32,000 - £38,000 Per Annum

  • Hours of work- Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
