The Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ashworth Grange, where you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals that cater to our residents' diverse preferences and dietary needs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain our high standards of quality and presentation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement menus that showcase your culinary creativity and expertise
  2. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to plan and prepare meals, ensuring consistency and excellence in presentation and taste
  3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  4. Work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
  5. Contribute to ongoing training and professional development initiatives
