We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at CS Construction Staffing. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting a Project Manager on a significant project, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the successful completion of the venture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Ensure that all site activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules and budgets
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • SSSTS Certification
  • Joinery background (highly preferred)
  • Reliability and conscientiousness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
