Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join their team. As a key member of our payroll and invoicing department, you will be responsible for processing payroll and managing financial records for multiple divisions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and manage financial records for multiple divisions
  • Utilize computer systems to perform tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Provide excellent organization and time management skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Identify and resolve problems in a methodical and numerate manner
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and ability to learn specialist software
  • Competence in Excel and ability to develop spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and provide excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to work independently and as part of a team
