Job Summary:
Pertemps TM is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join their team. As a key member of our payroll and invoicing department, you will be responsible for processing payroll and managing financial records for multiple divisions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and manage financial records for multiple divisions
- Utilize computer systems to perform tasks and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
- Provide excellent organization and time management skills
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- Identify and resolve problems in a methodical and numerate manner
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and ability to learn specialist software
- Competence in Excel and ability to develop spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and provide excellent organization and time management skills
- Proactive approach to work and ability to work independently and as part of a team
