About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Beauty PR Director to lead our Beauty Division and drive strategic PR campaigns for top-tier beauty clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative PR strategies, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the creative direction of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team in the beauty division, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for top-tier beauty clients, leveraging your extensive network of beauty media contacts and influencers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the division.
  • Oversee the creative direction of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and budgets.
  • Provide expert crisis management and problem-solving support to clients.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of PR experience (agency or client side), with a strong background in beauty or aesthetic medicine.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • A robust network within the beauty industry, with a history of securing impactful media coverage.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and lead innovative PR campaigns.
