Behavioural Support Assistant

We are seeking experienced and positive individuals to join our team as SEMH Learning Mentors/ Teaching Assistants in Lichfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with social emotional mental health/emotional behavioural difficulties
- Confident conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Providing a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with SEMH/EBD
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
