Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the wider design and copy team to create and produce high-quality assets for all digital and offline channels.
  • Conceptualise, organise, and execute seasonal shoots and campaigns, including creative still life and social content.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Support the Creative Lead by reviewing and approving routine designs to maintain high standards.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing direction, inspiration, and design advice.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive best-in-class designs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers to drive their engagement with our brand through innovative and inviting designs.
  • Interpret briefs accurately to help both internal and external functions deliver impactful work.
