About Us

Casual Swimming Instructors (Teddington Pool)

£ per hour (plus holiday relief allowance on top of hourly rate)

We are seeking friendly and confident individuals who enjoy meeting people and providing great service to join our swimming instructor team.

The successful candidates will hold an ASA Level swimming instructor qualification and have the ability to teach swimming lessons to both adults and juniors.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service, ensuring the facilities are clean and safe, and planning lessons and keeping accurate records.

In addition, you may be offered mutually convenient bookings for private swimming lessons with clients.

What We're Looking For

We ask that you are qualified with a minimum of ASA Swimming Instructor Level for this role. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be desirable.

Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
