Job SummaryThe successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of warehouse operatives, providing effective communication, leadership, and motivation to drive operational excellence. They will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the work activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- To plan, coordinate, supervise, and report upon the work activities of the warehouse operatives.
- To support the FLMs in achieving the warehouse/transport operational KPIs and service levels, whilst driving improvement initiatives across the site.
- To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation.
- Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
- A highly competitive salary up to £29,046 per annum, plus an additional night shift premium of 20%.
