Family Hubs are citywide accessible, welcoming and warm spaces for families. Parents and carers can access support and connectivity to a range of services for children aged 0-19, or up to 25 for those with SEND.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Early Help system, collaborating with health, education, housing, the voluntary, community and faith sector, parents and stakeholders across Sheffield. The postholder will work within The Family Hubs and Start for Life programme.

Key responsibilities include building strong, positive relationships, forging new ways of working and adapting to change. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, reliable and able to work independently when needed.
