Job Title: Company Secretarial Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team at RSM. As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will provide routine company secretarial support to a portfolio of selected client companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial team.
  • Manage work in progress and billing for the said portfolio.
  • Assist with client take on procedures, recording client opportunities, and preparing engagement letters.
  • Assist with disengagement procedures relating to client companies that have been dissolved, transferred to new advisers, or placed in liquidation.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements:
  • Interest in Company Law, Company Secretarial Practice, or Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
  • Education to at least A Level standard or equivalent, with at least grade B GCSE Level English Language and Maths.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work on one's own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
