Job Overview

The Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Psychology or Criminology graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant in a school setting. This role involves working alongside experienced teachers and educational psychologists to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and ensure they have equal opportunities to access the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with individual and small groups of students with SEND to support their academic and social development.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Criminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Details
This position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
