Engineering Stores Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Stores Coordinator to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will provide store and administrative support to operational sites, working closely with the 3rd party/in-house Maintenance Repair Overhaul Procurement team to optimize Engineering spares stock holding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Diageo stores processes, working with the Diageo Stores network to identify process improvement activities.
  • Work in line with operating procedures to ensure all hazards/risks are mitigated and familiar with hazard/incident reporting processes.
  • Manage inventory and non-inventory items, ensuring receipting, stock reservations, and kitting for planned maintenance activities to meet Diageo business needs.
  • Maintain engineering spares SAP material masters to Diageo standards, including naming conventions, part numbers, annual aged stock reviews, and criticality analysis from maintenance teams.
  • Protect inventory and non-inventory items from damage and loss, adhering to local and CARM directives.
  • Review Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system-generated orders to ensure restocking stock recommendations and Purchase Information Records (PIRs) are accurate.

Requirements:

  • HNC level qualification in engineering or equivalent, or validated through experience.
  • Proficient in using systems like data management systems, SAP, MS Office applications, or equivalent.
  • Positive teammate with the ability to work remotely with store counterparts across Diageo sites.
