Job Description

As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, making sure that our guests feel welcome and valued. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to any queries or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Natural ability to look after people and make them happy
  • Prior experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bar tender, barista, or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotel, or bar
  • Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills
