We specialise in creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as organic and paid social management and strategy, social analytics and insights, end-to-end content creation and production.

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Executive to support the social team in the planning, production, and delivery of social media campaigns for global, high-profile entertainment clients, particularly within the Film and TV industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the social team with day-to-day client and account management, delivery of creative assets, and social media services.
  • Support ideation of social content and work alongside our design team to brief and manage the creation of social media assets.
  • Plan and manage content calendars and scheduling content, writing engaging copy, captions, and handling community management that aligns with platform best practice and the tone of voice of brand/project.
  • Capture and create social media content with native platform tools and apps.
  • Support social media reporting on campaigns/retainers and compiling social listening reports.
  • Contribute to social media brainstorms and ideation for our clients' campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media platform news and trends, ensuring you always follow best practice and identify relevant opportunities for our clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience working in social media marketing, ideally with some experience managing social channels and ideating/creating social content.
  • Passion for the Film/TV/Entertainment industry and cultivating fandoms on social.
  • Good knowledge of the social media industry, platforms, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of native platform tools such as Meta Business Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok, and X.
  • Content creation skills a plus, through native social tools and apps.
  • On the pulse with trends, pop-culture moments, and internet culture.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and intuitive, with strong organisational skills and ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects.
  • A team player but also able to work independently.

Additional Information

We offer hybrid working with 2 x days working from the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 3 x days from home.
