Field Service Installation Engineer

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Installation Engineer to join our team in Nottingham.

This role involves installing CNC machines on client sites, commissioning and performing preventative maintenance, recommending service contracts, and assisting the service team when needed. You will also be responsible for providing spare parts and communicating with clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on CNC machines and plant machinery or industrial experience. You will be comfortable with travel, including some international work, and have a full driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of CNC machines
  • Performing preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Recommending service contracts to clients
  • Assisting the service team with site visits and spare parts
  • Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience working on CNC machines and plant machinery or industrial experience
  • Comfortable with travel, including some international work
  • Full driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
