We're seeking a creative content writer with a passion for precision to join our team.

The Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for crafting and editing website content that brings our distinct brand voice to life. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your key stakeholder relationships will be a range of marketing, business, and insurance professionals who rely on your expertise to create engaging content.

This is a semi-remote role with the expectation to attend the office regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Write high-quality content for our consumer websites according to our style guide and tone of voice.
  2. Revise and edit content before publication to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  3. Support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering global content across various regions (US, Australia, New Zealand, UK).
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content writers, designers, and UX experts, to achieve timely delivery of content.
  5. Ensure digital content is optimized for SEO and UX best practices.
  6. Build out content and new pages in our CMS.
  7. Provide constructive feedback on others' writing.
  8. Verify the accuracy of published content and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams.
  9. Effectively manage your time and diary to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Exceptional written communication skills, with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  3. Articulate and clear communication, comfortable expressing ideas.
  4. Strong creative writing skills, with examples available upon request.
  5. Able to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  6. Familiarity with on-page SEO and social media best practices.
  7. Experience with content management systems.
  8. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  9. Efficient and highly organized.
  10. Familiarity with GA4 analytics, SEMrush, and MoZ.
  11. Minimum 2 years of digital content experience.
