Warranty Analyst and Reclaim Support

Are you a seasoned data analyst looking to leverage your skills in the automotive industry? As a Warranty Analyst and Reclaim Support with the CV-Library team, you will have the opportunity to support the Warranty teams in identifying component failure rates, detailing the root cause from warranty claims data and warranty returned parts. From this data, you will support the OEM to recover costs from the suppliers and reduce expenses.

Candidate Specifications:

  1. Deliver actionable insights from various data sources and systems using assigned templates.
  2. Present reports and analysis to Senior Management along with data-driven recommendations.
  3. Liaise with engineering and reclaim department to support the parts return process.
  4. Monitor warranty claims trends by top 50 issues and collaborate with technical teams to ensure they are covered by known topics/fixes.
  5. Collaborate with and support other departmental teams, including the Field Quality Team, in improving business practices and processes.
  6. Identify trends within data sets and forecast predictions on reclaim potential and timelines.
  7. Analyze warranty claims import duty and cost calculations.
  8. Provide information, in various formats, to the Warranty and Technical teams on KPIs to improve fix implementation.
  9. Proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and produce reports - preferably within an OEM Automotive Aftersales environment.
  10. IT literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Excel, Access, and PowerBi.
  11. Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive personality.
  12. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand.

Working Pattern and Location:
40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Bognor Regis, possible move to Goodwood
