About the Role:



The post holder will work with the Home Treatment team, collaborating with Clinical Leads, Senior and Junior Nurses, Social workers, Recovery Workers, and Psychologists. They will also have close relationships with the Neighbourhood Mental Health teams, Inpatient Units, and other specialist services.



Key responsibilities will include:




  • Providing expert psychiatric care to adult in-patients and working within the community.
  • Conducting assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of mental healthcare.
  • Taking responsibility for direct psychiatric services, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, care planning, and evidence-based treatment.
  • Providing psychiatric and clinical leadership to the team, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Developing clinical interests within the Trust's strategy and financial constraints, with possible dedicated sessions.
  • Flexibly responding to changing service requirements and maintaining ongoing communication with the Inpatient, Crisis Team, Liaison Team, and Community Services.
